Priority is placed on the timely and complete delivery of plants suitable for their intended purpose, thereby enhancing the performance of our nursery operations and our growers.**Responsibilities** ==================== * Ensure greenhouse area is sufficient to support the strategic program * Ensure initial planting material is available to meet the strategic program * Ensure scheduled planting activities are carried out on time and as planned * Ensure plant health * Ensure plant quality * Achieve target unit cost * Ensure compliance with company guidelines regarding human resources * Plan and execute required activities for harvesting, selection, and packing **Candidate Profile** ===================== * Bachelor’s degree: Agricultural Engineer, Agricultural Innovation, Protected Agriculture, or related field * Nursery experience: 5\-7 years * Areas of expertise: plant propagation, ranch management, berries, greenhouses * Knowledge: protected agriculture, irrigation management systems, substrate-based crop production * English: Advanced * People management experience: 3 years * Valid driver’s license
