Personnel Administration** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Maintain an up-to-date and complete employee roster. * Supervise personnel files, registrations, terminations, and regulatory compliance. * Propose recruitment sources and maintain a candidate database. * Analyze staffing needs and participate in expansion projects. * Design and supervise organizational and personnel administration policies. **2. Development and Compensation** * Coordinate training and talent development plans. * Implement performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. * Design and supervise equitable and competitive compensation policies. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and hygiene standards. **3. Workplace Climate and Retention** * Execute internal communication plans. * Measure and monitor workplace climate. * Implement strategies to reduce turnover. * Manage labor conflicts. * Coordinate recognition programs and team-building activities. * Analyze turnover indicators and salary surveys. **4.
