We seek an organized professional who can supervise finished goods receiving, plant inventory, storage, and shipping processes. The role will manage suppliers, implement sourcing strategies, and handle talent, resources, and budget management. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Directly supervise daily distribution center operations. * Ensure accurate data entry into procurement and inventory management systems. * Optimize short- and long-term inventory levels within the warehouse to support plant operations. Daily reconciliation and control of finished goods and packaging inventories. * Responsible for personnel-related decisions. * Manage the cost of finished goods warehouse operations. * \#LI\-Onsite * \#LI\-LG1 **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory roles involving inventory and warehouse management. Desired: * Experience in presenting and analyzing inventory control metrics. * ERP systems (SAP, AS400, QAD/MfgPro, JDE, Oracle), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
