Their core responsibility is to deeply understand client needs, precisely identify the ideal candidate profile—including the so-called *hidden profile*—and ensure an exceptional service experience throughout the entire selection process. This role is critical in guaranteeing proper alignment between client expectations and actual labor market conditions, directly contributing to the success of talent attraction initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Conduct detailed interviews with clients to identify requirements, expectations, and objectives of the process. * Analyze and define technical skills, behavioral competencies, and key characteristics required for each position. * Research the labor market to identify suitable and viable talent. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align client expectations with market realities. * Serve as a strategic intermediary between clients and candidates throughout the selection process. * Provide periodic, structured updates to clients and internal teams on process progress. * Manage renegotiations with clients when market conditions require it. * Maintain consistent client follow-up via phone calls and emails. * Supervise and monitor recruiters’ work to ensure a continuous flow of candidates. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date reports aligned with organizational standards. * Achieve individual performance goals and contribute to the team’s overall objectives. Required Profile **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in direct client-facing roles (*Client Facing*), preferably in sales or recruitment. **Competencies and Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * High level of empathy and client orientation. * Ability to interpret, structure, and translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements. * Proactive personality, with commercial focus and results orientation. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Professional curiosity, active listening, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. * Professional attitude, attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent personal presentation.
