




Fast food restaurant chain founded in 2011, currently seeking its next leaders We are looking for Restaurant Managers The branch manager's objective is to make strategic decisions that drive efficiency within the area; they must establish policies and procedures that reduce operational and administrative costs to help achieve the company's financial goals and increase its market presence and customer preference. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Coordinate and optimize timing in each area. · Coordinate and implement the weekly work plan with the Supervisor. · Prepare and send the weekly staff schedule. · Provide feedback and follow-up on delivery of requisitions from the distribution center (Cedis). · Verify payroll and percentages with the Payroll department. · Carry out the general cleaning roster. · Report staff incidents (absences, delays, permissions, etc.). · Open and close the branch (according to company guidelines). · Perform inventory tasks. · Prepare and verify requisitions. · Monitor staff appearance and cleanliness. · Enforce the MHA regulations. · Hire, train, and retain staff. · Monitor daily staff performance. · Assign each employee their corresponding job duties and supervise compliance. · Plan sales percentage targets. · Ensure operations are carried out timely and correctly. · Guarantee processes are conducted according to manuals. · Manage personnel and ensure alignment. · Evaluate staff periodically. · Train staff. · Carry out the general checklist for reports and cleaning with evidence, and send it to the corresponding WhatsApp group. · Conduct daily briefings. · Possess knowledge and apply hygiene requirements (The H designation). · Manage, organize, track status, and monitor product entries and exits. · Knowledge of the Web Restaurant System. · Carry out equipment control and maintenance (refrigerators, freezers, fryers, electronic equipment, etc.). · Verify the lifespan of each utensil (fryer, tables, chairs, electronic equipment, etc.). · Inspect all branch equipment to ensure optimal functioning. · Responsible for the physical care of all equipment (refrigeration, freezing, manufacturing). · Detailed follow-up on customer complaints and feedback, providing appropriate and effective solutions. · Responsible for inventories (shrinkage, shortages, etc.).
