Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead, plan, direct, and supervise all construction activities, manage human and material resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Focus on continuous improvement and conflict resolution. BRANCH MANAGER / BRANCH SUPERVISOR (Construction) EDUCATION: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. SKILLS: Leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, multilevel communication, focus on continuous improvement. EXPERIENCE: Proven experience preferred in construction and industrial maintenance. Familiarity with maquiladora industry standards, including occupational safety and quality regulations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of human and material resources. Customer prospecting. Business relationships with suppliers and customers. Planning, directing, and supervising all construction activities through final delivery. Ensuring projects are executed within the established budget and agreed timelines.
