Responsibilities: Co-responsible for the branch’s daily sales, cash in the safe, credit sale invoices, checks for collections, and cash control for expenses Co-responsible for safeguarding the branch’s inventory under their charge Co-responsible for store opening Co-responsible for implementing sales activities and standards based on the Friedman model Verify that the branch complies with cleanliness and order requirements Responsible for reporting personnel incidents Submit the report on discrepancies in rotating inventory Execute and supervise rotating inventories Ensure merchandise transfers Ensure the store maintains buffers within established parameters Co-responsible for executing promotions and loyalty programs Supervise adherence to sales steps and the 15-point telephone customer service protocol Supervise execution of the follow-up plan for top and new customer portfolios **We Offer:** · Base salary · Excellent bonus plan based on metrics · Savings Fund · Profit Sharing (PTU) · Life Insurance · Funeral Expense Insurance Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) * Management: 1 year (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
