**Star Talent Mx is seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor – Textile Fashion in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ***Visual Merchandising Supervisor with experience in Textile Fashion*** * Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles within the textile fashion visual merchandising area. * Experience in boutiques and department stores. * Availability to travel — (Travel expenses covered) Plan, execute, and supervise the correct implementation of visual merchandising strategies at points of sale, ensuring proper product presentation according to brand guidelines, seasonality, campaigns, and business objectives, to maximize customer attraction, boost sales, and strengthen brand image. ______________________________________________________________________________________ **Key Responsibilities:** Strategy and Planning * Develop and implement display plans for launches, seasons, and promotions. * Interpret global or corporate guidelines and adapt them to the local market. In-Store Supervision * Ensure all stores comply with established visual standards. * Conduct follow-up visits to assess in-store execution. Team Coordination * Lead and train the in-store visual merchandising team. * Coordinate the installation of POP materials, window displays, mannequins, and fixtures. Analysis and Continuous Improvement * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to displays and sales. * Propose visual improvements based on consumer behavior and product turnover. Cross-Departmental Collaboration * Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, operations, and sales teams to align objectives. * Participate in campaign and product meetings.
