Management of cash transactions and merchandise **Job Description** ---------------------- Supervise the consistent delivery of excellent customer service within the store in alignment with PUMA’s brand values. * Responsible for ensuring the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through short- or long-term planning, expense control, sales execution, and service delivery. * Consistently uphold high standards of consumer experience within the store, aligned with Brand Values and service standards. * Responsible for accurate processing of cash transactions using the POS system appropriately, proper completion of forms, and correct application of discounts where applicable. * Responsible for executing and processing merchandise receipts and shipments. * Scan merchandise and ensure correct pricing. * Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, or tickets. * Apply discounts. * Sell complementary or additional products and introduce new ones.
