Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners A leading company in the **rental, sale, and maintenance of electric generators, compressors, and lighting towers** is seeking a **Commercial Assistant Manager**. **Responsibilities** * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team. * Supervise sales strategies and KPI achievement. * Manage and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. * Develop strategic and tactical commercial department plans. * Acquire new customers and enter new markets. * Supervise and optimize the performance of various commercial departments. * Manage the sales department budget. * Analyze sales metrics, revenue, and profitability. * Present reports and forecasts to senior management. * Design and implement incentive schemes for the sales team. * Coordinate participation in trade shows and commercial events. * Train and develop sales managers across different business lines. * Propose improvements in organizational structure, compensation, and talent development.
