HIRING TO BEGIN IN JANUARY 2026** What will you do? * Achieve sales budget targets * Generate profitability for your assigned business unit * Manage and interpret financial and operational metrics to support decision-making * Implement and execute operational processes * Inventory control * Direct customer service * Lead large workgroups within your assigned store or club; on average, you will supervise between 50 and 70 people, including department heads, assistant department heads, floor assistants, and promoters.
