Store Supervisor \- Tommy Berans y Doggis **Requirements:** **Experience:** 2 years as a supervisor in the restaurant industry (quick-service/fast food) **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Schedule Availability General Objective Verify compliance with administrative and operational processes in stores by adhering to procedures, policies, and brand standards. **Experience:** Employee incident reporting Productivity measurement Inventory management Cash reconciliation Operational process audits In-store promotion communication Advertising updates Supervision of product and promotion additions/deletions Preparation of reports and general documentation . Tickets, Sales, Customers, Combos, Promotions, Point of Sale, Trends, Shifts Monitor KPI compliance per store. Review cost, maintenance, and food profit-and-loss statements Follow up on administrative processes and documentation of income, expenses, and financial reconciliation. Handle supplier and CSC administration. Manage supply replenishment. Review and follow up on delivery delays. Receive supplier payment invoices. Ensure supplier management complies with the process established by CSC.
