Ensuring excellent customer service As a **Store Supervisor**, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operations of several assigned stores to ensure attainment of sales, production, customer service, inventory control, and visual presentation standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the operational functioning of assigned stores (opening/closing, organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation). * Coordinate, motivate, and monitor frontline sales staff. * Manage inventory, product assortment, merchandise turnover, and achievement of sales targets. * Prepare daily/weekly reports on results and key metrics (sales, performance indicators). * Ensure excellent customer service and resolution of in-store incidents. * Supervise production or special activities (as required locally or by the brand). **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a store supervisor or in retail (preferred). * Minimum education: completed high school (bachelor’s degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree preferred). * Leadership and communication skills for team management. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems. * Availability to visit stores within the assigned area. **Benefits** * Monthly salary: $12,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Transportation/fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Performance-based salary increases * Internal growth and training opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $3,000.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Sick leave days * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
