We are seeking a Store Supervisor who will contribute to the growth and well-being of our team. This person will be responsible for supervising stores across various city locations to achieve the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work under pressure, sense of urgency, proactive and initiative-driven, customer service orientation, decision-making skills, leadership, teamwork, honesty, responsibility, commitment, problem-solving, personnel management, adaptability to change. * Prospecting and follow-up of new customers at the branch * Standardizing the customer service process * Continuous supervision of staff (uniforms and PPE) * Staff training at stores * Achieving daily objectives * Supervising logbook entries at the branch * Onboarding new staff members * Implementation of the Incident and Sanction Matrix * Weekly cyclic inventory counts * General branch inspection * Customer follow-up (leads) * Support in coordinating events for branches * Conflict resolution at stores involving customers and colleagues * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations supervision, with no issues relocating to branches within the area.
