We seek a candidate with experience in team management and store operations, focused on results, administrative control, and sales growth. This position is critical to ensuring achievement of business objectives, proper point-of-sale operations, and effective coordination of the work team. **Responsibilities** * Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. * Lead, coordinate, and supervise the work team. * Monitor and control inventory. * Organize physical product distribution within the store. * Manage petty cash budget and expense verification. * Handle service vouchers for their respective payments. * Receive, inspect, register, and label new merchandise. * Prepare daily cash reconciliation and deposit reports. * Manage reports for defective merchandise returns. * Ensure proper operational and administrative functioning of the branch. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of inventory control and basic administration. * Focus on goal achievement and results. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Availability for rotating shifts (8-hour workday plus 1-hour lunch break). **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$13,000 net** * Statutory benefits * Commissions **on store sales** * Midweek day off * Opportunity for professional growth and development Do you have experience leading teams and managing a store? **Apply now and join our team at La Perla – GDL.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 – $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
