





**We Are Looking for Store Administrators!** **Join Our Team!** **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and manage **sales staff** teams across various branches. * Develop and implement **regional sales strategies** to meet or exceed targets. * Create, analyze, and interpret **sales and operational KPIs** to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. * Implement **preventive and corrective actions** to improve branch performance. * Participate in the development of **marketing campaigns** and commercial strategies. * Calculate **goal-attainment metrics** for distributing operational staff bonuses. * Generate **store-level budgets**, considering timing and operational context. * Collaborate in developing **budgetary plans** (maintenance, personnel, marketing, funding, etc.). * Participate in designing **economic compensation and emotional salary plans**. * Ensure compliance with company **policies and procedures**. * Verify that **products are in optimal condition**. * Develop **internal controls** between stores and factory for product ordering and receipt. * Supervise **physical inventory control** and its proper system administration. * Contribute to the **automation of operational processes**. * Collaborate with Human Resources on **recruitment, interviewing, and selection of managers**. * Participate in **hiring and termination processes**. * Review **personnel incidents** (attendance, tardiness, leave requests). * Jointly develop, with HR, **store operational manuals**, as well as managerial and sales skills manuals. * Negotiate with **shopping center and point-of-sale management**. * Prepare and present **monthly progress reports** to the executive committee. **Requirements** * **Age:** 25 to 40 years old * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Business Management, or related field * Availability for occasional travel **Experience:** * Minimum **5 years in similar positions** (administrator, regional or store manager) * Preferred experience in **sales and retail** **Availability:** * Willingness to relocate among branches * Flexible schedule according to operational needs * Availability to handle branch emergencies **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Results orientation. * Information analysis and decision-making. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Negotiation. * Conflict resolution. * Continuous improvement focus. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $12,000–$15,000 gross monthly. * **Variable bonus** based on performance and goal attainment. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
