




We are looking for a **Restaurant Assistant Manager** with leadership skills and an operational focus, responsible for coordinating the team and ensuring the proper operation of the shift. In the absence of the Manager, they will assume full responsibility for restaurant operations. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations and compliance with quality and hygiene standards. * Coordinate, train, and support the team. * Inventory control, FIFO, cash handling, and cash register closing. * Operational support in the kitchen and customer service. * Hand over the shift fully prepared for the next operation. **Profile** * Completed high school education. * Experience in QSR and personnel management. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Basic Excel and point-of-sale system knowledge. * Flexible availability. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $12,600 net monthly. * **Schedule:** 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM (weekday break). * Statutory benefits, daily meals, uniforms, and training. * Growth opportunities and an excellent work environment.
