




**Job Objective** Attract, assess, and hire senior field sales talent in the telecommunications sector, ensuring timely coverage of commercial positions and achievement of the company’s growth objectives. **Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of field sales representatives, sales executives, sales supervisors, and commercial managers in telecommunications. * Posting and dissemination of job openings on job boards, social media, and field recruitment. * Competency-based interviews with a focus on consultative selling, negotiation, and closing. * Evaluation of experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, and field prospecting. * Direct coordination with commercial leaders to define profiles and operational needs. * Tracking of key metrics: time-to-fill, hiring effectiveness, and turnover. * Participation in job fairs and mass recruitment campaigns. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience recruiting field sales profiles, preferably in telecommunications. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Demonstrable field sales experience (mandatory). * Knowledge of the telecommunications market and commission structures. * Availability for 100% in-person work and field travel. * Strong results orientation and goal attainment. * Key competencies: * Commercial and results-driven mindset * Persuasion and closing skills * Effective communication * Leadership and decision-making **We Offer:** Competitive salary + bonus scheme.
