We are currently seeking our next: **SALES EXECUTIVE FOR AUTOMOBILES** Education level: Completed high school or incomplete university degree. For example: Economics and Administration, Finance, Marketing, etc. Knowledge: * Sales knowledge, product and competitor knowledge, techniques * Customer service and conflict resolution techniques, needs assessment techniques, Microsoft Office suite, * Proficiency and skill in using digital tools. * Experience: 2 years of sales experience What will you do? * + Build and manage your client portfolio and follow up on prospects becoming customers. + Conduct prospecting activities with companies and individuals in general. + Recommend financing options to customers for vehicle acquisition, according to plans established by the Distributor. + Perform floor duty to attend to customers visiting the Distributor. + Request required documentation from the customer to process insurance-related procedures. + Request the vehicle from the Sales Administrator and its corresponding invoice. + Inspect the sold vehicle prior to delivery to ensure full customer satisfaction. + Deliver the sold vehicle and related documentation to the customer. + Maintain communication with the customer according to the defined process. + Prepare a monthly report on sales achieved and prospecting activities.
