Flexible working hours **Experience:** At least 2 years as a branch manager, responsible for store administration. ️TO PERFORM️ Assign and supervise tasks to team members; monitor and ensure compliance. Perform cash register audits. Ensure compliance with in-store security procedures. Train staff on all in-store procedures. Take necessary actions to meet monthly goals. Coordinate and carry out warehouse receiving, verifying quantities and quality of goods received. Ensure implementation of commercial strategies to drive sales. Coach team members to achieve established store objectives.
