




Requirements: Experience in this position or a similar one (restaurant industry) Sales experience Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree Flexible availability of working hours Competencies: Teamwork Customer service Knowledge: Management of sales, cost, and inventory indicators; management and development of work teams (minimum 15 people); supervision of processes and performance metrics; results-oriented mindset and customer service orientation; administration of material resources (interfacing with suppliers) and human resources. ACTIVITIES: Manage and operate the business unit in accordance with financial and commercial information, service standards, policies, and quality requirements; ensure proper execution of processes and procedures through shift control to meet operational standards and achieve established sales targets.
