Maintaining a clean and organized counter area **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide direct and personalized customer service at the counter, process product sales and payments in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring quality service, orderliness, and proper merchandise handling. **FUNCTIONS** * Greet customers visiting the establishment in a friendly and professional manner. * Advise customers on products, prices, and current promotions. * Process merchandise sales and payments in cash, via bank terminal, or other authorized methods. * Verify product prices, stock availability, and correct labeling. * Maintain a clean, organized counter area with appropriate merchandise display. * Assist with merchandise arrangement, restocking, and basic inventory control. * Adhere to scheduled working hours, internal policies, and established company procedures. * Maintain overall branch cleanliness at all times. * Report any anomalies related to merchandise, cash register, or customer service to the immediate supervisor. * Support operational tasks related to the department as required by business needs.
