Coordinate regional teams and manage commercial activities. **Job Description** ------------------------- Manage metrics and strategically implement initiatives enabling achievement of commercial objectives, generating continuous growth for the company, and coordinate national or regional initiatives involving the commercial team of the segment. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Advise commercial personnel regarding interpretation, consultation, and tracking of metrics (various). * Keep the commercial team trained on metrics, support areas, and commercial initiatives. * Ensure necessary tools are available to support proper management and decision-making by managers and directors. * Implement projects or initiatives focused on achieving commercial objectives and increasing sales. * Manage, support, and track results and incidents related to Variable Compensation in coordination with HR Compensation. * Assign and calibrate position-level objectives and manage seller-level assignment. * Ensure timely execution of various activities involving commercial personnel (volume forecasting, objectives, MIC, Service Ritual, etc.). * Participate in the bonus process by reviewing and supporting NCs exceeding 10,000 pesos. * Support tracking and communication of commercial events (Annual Sales Meeting, Customer Council, CEMEX Project Awards, etc.). * Prepare materials for weekly and monthly commercial meetings. * Remotely coordinate a regional-level Information Administrators team located across multiple locations. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Analyze information to propose tailored actions and strategies for each metric. * Work under pressure with last-minute and urgent requests. * Interpret information and translate it into more understandable formats. * Be creative in proposing out-of-the-box initiatives. * Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships to leverage support from various areas when implementing pilot projects. * Provide flawless follow-up on every request. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Bachelor’s degree. Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related field. * Intermediate English. Required Experience: * 2–3 years in commercial, administrative, or related areas. * Information handling and analysis. Required Knowledge: * Information analysis. * Microsoft Excel (intermediate). * Microsoft PowerPoint (intermediate). * Office 365 proficiency.
