**Branch Manager for Makeup Store** **Location: Galerías Acapulco** **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of prior experience as a manager and/or in a similar position. * Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team. * Problem-solving ability. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Proficiency in sales metrics (mandatory). * Passion for makeup. **Responsibilities:** 1. Lead, train, and manage store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets. 2. Plan, organize, and oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, product presentation, and issue resolution. 3. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and market share. 4. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations. 5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by providing regular coaching and feedback to staff.
