What will you do in this role? 1️ Field Collection Management Conduct home visits to clients with pending or overdue loan payments. Assess each client’s situation and agree on customized repayment plans to regularize their debt. 2️ Payment Negotiation and Agreements Analyze clients’ repayment capacity and propose mutually beneficial payment alternatives. Maintain detailed records of agreed commitments and ensure timely follow-up. 3 On-site Verifications Conduct physical verifications at applicants’ residences and businesses to validate information provided in their loan applications. 4 Customer Service and Guidance Provide clear information regarding terms, interest rates, and consequences of non-payment. Deliver empathetic and respectful service, fostering trust and maintaining positive customer relationships. 5 Monitoring and Reporting Record payment agreements and track the evolution of clients’ credit status in the system. Prepare daily or weekly reports on portfolio recovery progress and completed on-site verifications. 6 Collaborative Work Coordinate with Promoters, Credit Analysts, and Branch Managers to obtain up-to-date information on assigned accounts. Participate in collection meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to improve management effectiveness. What do we offer? Monthly gross salary of MXN $12,000 (depending on candidate’s prior experience and achievements). Monthly Performance Bonuses: Monthly incentives based on collection effectiveness (recovery rate) and number of on-site verifications conducted. Completed high school diploma; technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in extrajudicial collections, field sales, or similar roles involving direct customer interaction. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel to assigned areas. Willingness to travel within the region. Basic knowledge of technological tools (Excel, collection applications, etc.).
