Administrative task support **Location:** Calle Puerto Manzanillo No. 807, Metepec CP 52170 **Job Objective:** To efficiently, accurately, and courteously carry out cash handling and payment operations, deliver high-quality customer service, ensure proper daily revenue management, and support related administrative activities within the department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently during payment transactions. * Accurately record sales transactions in the system. * Handle cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, or other payment methods with precision. * Perform daily cash reconciliations and balance reports against the system. * Issue invoices, receipts, or payment confirmations as required. * Maintain a clean and organized cashier area. * Report any discrepancies, anomalies, or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Provide support for minor administrative tasks when necessary. * Comply with established security and confidentiality protocols. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in a similar role (preferably in retail or customer-facing businesses) **Specific Knowledge:** * Cash handling * Point-of-sale (POS) terminal operation * Basic accounting knowledge (desirable) * Customer service **Skills and Competencies:** * Honesty and reliability * Numerical agility * Effective communication * Customer orientation * Responsibility and punctuality * Ability to work under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,200.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
