Support in minor administrative tasks and adherence to protocols **Job Objective:** To perform efficient, accurate, and courteous cash handling and checkout operations, delivering quality customer service, ensuring proper management of daily revenue, and supporting administrative activities related to the department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous and efficient customer service during checkout. * Accurately record sales transactions in the system. * Handle cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, or other payment methods with precision. * Perform daily cash reconciliations and balance reports against the system. * Issue invoices, receipts, or payment confirmations as required. * Maintain a clean and organized cashier area. * Report any discrepancies, anomalies, or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Assist with minor administrative tasks when necessary. * Comply with established security and confidentiality protocols. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in a similar position (preferably in retail or customer-facing businesses) **Specific Knowledge:** * Cash handling * Use of point-of-sale (POS) terminals * Basic accounting knowledge (desirable) * Customer service * Invoicing **Skills and Competencies:** * Honesty and reliability * Numerical agility * Effective communication * Customer orientation * Responsibility and punctuality * Ability to work under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,289.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases Work Location: On-site employment
