**CERAMAT** A LEADING COMPANY IN SOUTHERN MEXICO IS SEEKING FOR EXPANSION: **BRANCH MANAGER – PROGRESO BRANCH** ***OBJECTIVE***: Ensure the proper operation of the branch by achieving sales targets, delivering high-quality service, maintaining administrative control, and efficiently managing staff, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and desired financial results. * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree. * Experience: Sales team management, administrative management, customer service, KPI monitoring, retail sales experience. ***EXPERIENCE***: * Minimum 2 years in a similar position (branch manager, store supervisor, or team leader). * Personnel management, customer service, sales, administration, and inventory control. ***RESPONSIBILITIES***: * Supervise daily branch operations. * Achieve assigned sales targets and goals. * Manage inventory, orders, and goods receipt. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Prepare sales, revenue, expense, and daily activity reports. * Coordinate staff scheduling, breaks, performance evaluations, and training. * Address and resolve customer complaints or suggestions. * Conduct cash register audits. ***SKILLS***: * Leadership * Teamwork * Conflict resolution * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Results orientation * Proactivity Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,332.00 – $11,333.00 per month Work location: On-site
