Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented bar leader to ensure efficient operations, beverage quality, and inventory control—elevating service standards and team performance. Comprehensive inventory, supplies, and incident resolution management. **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán **Schedule:** Night shift **Purpose of the Position** To ensure efficient bar operations, guaranteeing proper beverage preparation, inventory control, and adherence to service standards—contributing to increased sales and business profitability. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily bar operations * Prepare and verify beverages for quality and consistency * Coordinate and lead the bartender team * Manage inventory, supplies, and requisitions * Monitor shrinkage and proper product usage * Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and stock availability * Drive suggestive beverage selling * Support bar opening and closing procedures * Resolve operational incidents during the shift **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Beverage cost control (profitability) * Shrinkage reduction * Service speed * Average ticket increase **Required Profile** **Education:** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory) * Bartending or mixology courses (preferred) **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years as a bartender * At least 1 year leading teams (bar manager or similar role) * High-volume environment experience * Inventory and supplies management experience **Knowledge:** * Classic and modern mixology * Cost and inventory control * Recipe standardization * Personnel management * Food and beverage hygiene **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Organization and control * Results orientation * Decision-making * Working under pressure * Attention to detail * Proactivity **We are looking for someone who:** * Maintains full control over the bar and inventories * Treats supplies as their own * Can lead teams during peak demand periods * Is fast, precise, and sales-oriented **Schedule** * Night shift * **Starting at 6:00 PM** * **Monday to Sunday, with 1 weekday day off** * Elevates team service standards and performance **Benefits** * Weekly pay * Social security * Host benefit (dining room discount and visit discounts) * Career growth opportunities Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have at least 3 years of experience as a bartender? * Have you worked a minimum of 1 year leading a team (bar manager or similar)? * Do you have experience in high-volume bars or restaurants? * Do you have experience in inventory and shrinkage control? * Are you available for night shifts?
