At Exel Solar, we are seeking a highly motivated **Technical Support** agent with strong problem-solving capabilities. If you have technical support experience, a solid understanding of photovoltaic systems, and a customer-oriented attitude, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electricity, or Electrical Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to electricity and/or photovoltaic systems. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), oral and written communication skills, and experience using photovoltaic equipment monitoring platforms (inverters, solar panels, etc.) * Required skills: Results-oriented mindset, customer service orientation, creativity, innovation, problem-solving ability, and teamwork. * Availability for on-site work **Responsibilities:** * Address and resolve customers’ technical inquiries * Diagnose issues, escalate problems, and prepare detailed technical reports * Ensure customer satisfaction * Coordinate the dispatch process for loaned equipment: * Train external or internal customers: **We offer:** * Biweekly base salary * 50% cafeteria subsidy * Benefits as stipulated under the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Working hours from Monday to Friday **Note:** We do not request any financial compensation or payment at any stage of our recruitment process.
