REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience and job stability. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Experience in sales and customer service. * Letters of recommendation (preferred). * Proficiency in KPIs (sales performance indicators). * Personnel management experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct store opening and closing procedures jointly with the Store Manager. * Receive suppliers and ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in the system. * Maintain store order and cleanliness. * Provide customer service. * Conduct full and cyclical inventory counts. * Process merchandise payments, cash register closings, and cash reconciliations. * Deposit cash receipts. * Ensure the store remains in good condition (supervision, maintenance, reporting incidents to the District Office). * Update product pricing.
