




SPECIALIZED ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN AND DOCUMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR **1. Degree:** Civil Engineer / Architect **2. Experience and Competencies:** * Minimum 7 years’ experience in preparing/reviewing construction drawings for specialized road infrastructure executive projects, complying with current national and international regulations and project terms of reference. * Detailed review and interpretation of architectural, structural, roadway, and topographic drawings in accordance with specifications and, where applicable, calculation reports. * Proficiency in technical English (mandatory) for direct coordination with the designer. * Ability to read, interpret, and question complex technical documentation. * Experience in document control and design change management. * Proficiency in PC applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Internet, as well as document control tools (Procore, ACC or similar – desirable). * Detailed interpretation of executive project drawings, issuing comments, corrections, and suggestions to designers; ensuring documents are constructible and do not omit data, references, or specifications. * Distribution of correct and current drawings for construction execution. This activity shall be performed while maintaining documented control over information received and delivered to the site. * Review, classification, and delivery of drawings, RFIs, and bulletins. * Familiarity with SCT (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes) terms of reference is desirable. * Coordination of project meetings, tracking action items and progress across various projects, supporting the Manager in preparing reports and minutes. **3.
