We are seeking new talent, and therefore would be delighted to welcome you to our team as a **Sous Chef**. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position * Technical or undergraduate degree in gastronomy * Residence near the work area (near Avenida 1ro de Mayo) * **Time availability** * No gender preference * Knowledge of and ability to apply NOM-251 / Distintivo H / Food Safety standards * Proficiency in culinary techniques * **Availability to attend corporate events (catering, kosher events, social events, etc.)** **Skills:** * Problem-solving * Decision-making * Attention to detail * Initiative * Staff management (team of 15 employees) **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate kitchen staff to meet delivery timelines for catering services, executive dining rooms, and catering operations * Ensure compliance with recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards * Supervise proper food preparation, cooking, plating, and delivery * Guarantee compliance with NOM-251, Distintivo H, and food safety standards * Verify sanitary conditions of cold storage units, refrigeration systems, and utensils * Supervise and operate corporate events **We Offer:** * Base net salary of $17,000 (based on verifiable experience) * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday * **Rotating shifts (8:00–18:00 or 9:00–19:00 hrs, depending on operational needs)** * Complimentary dining service * Savings fund * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Dining service Application Questions: * Do you have experience in catering, social events, and/or executive dining rooms?
