**SET-UP TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** ·Technical degree or High School diploma. ·3 years of experience in similar positions (set-up of injection and blow molding dies). ·Operation of overhead cranes and forklifts. ·Application of LOTO. ·Knowledge to perform die changes on molding machines of different tonnage, brand, and capacity (Sumitomo, Nissei, Fu Chun Shin). ·Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic connections. ·Auxiliary equipment such as heaters, granulators, mixers, hot runner controllers, dryers. ·Provide support to process technicians. ·Good communication skills, quick response, decision-making ability, teamwork. ·Knowledge of set-up for injection molding machine robots. ·Availability for shift rotation. **Responsibilities:** ·Set-up of plastic injection and blow molding dies. ·Ensure peripheral equipment is installed and operated according to established standards. ·Molding process adjustments. ·Perform general cleaning of molding machines, dies, and peripheral equipment. ·Maintain safety at all times to prevent accidents. ·Ensure installation and set-up of equipment required for the process.
