**REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER** ----------------------------------- ### **Position Objective** Plan, direct, and optimize operations across the assigned region, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with standards, profitability, service quality, and alignment with corporate strategy. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise operations across multiple units, branches, or plants within the region. * Implement operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives. * Ensure achievement of operational, financial, and quality KPIs. * Optimize processes, costs, resources, and operational timelines. * Lead and develop local managers and operational teams. * Ensure compliance with legal, safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Manage budgets, expense control, and regional profitability. * Coordinate with corporate departments (Finance, HR, Logistics, Sales, IT). * Analyze performance metrics and present executive reports to senior management. * Manage continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary up to 17,000 pesos per month (gross) * Performance-based bonus * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Complimentary uniforms
