We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at Zion & Ebenezer Technologies. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. Your leadership and management skills will be critical to maintaining high standards in our operations. Requirements: * TSU or Engineering degree * 1 year of experience (minimum) * Basic knowledge of metal-mechanical and industrial manufacturing processes. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in geometric tolerancing (GD&T) and dimensional quality standards. * Familiarity with measurement instruments: calipers, micrometers, squares, gauges, thickness gauges, etc. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in industrial software: ERP, Excel, production logs, and/or shop-floor control systems. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, TPM, Lean Manufacturing). * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts * No transportation issues Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the execution of assigned metal-mechanical operations. * Monitor and ensure adherence to the production plan by tracking key performance indicators (OEE, hourly output, operational efficiency, scrap rate, cycle time). * Verify correct interpretation of drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), technical data sheets, and manufacturing orders by personnel. * Ensure strict compliance with dimensional tolerances, surface finishes, and quality criteria specified in technical specifications. * Supervise proper implementation of standard operating procedures, as well as execution of visual inspections and work instructions. * Generate and maintain daily production reports, including downtime, technical stoppages, root causes, and corrective actions. * Manage work-in-process inventory and ensure traceability of materials and in-progress products. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. * Verify and ensure mandatory and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by personnel under supervision. * Provide operational support to production areas, ensuring process continuity. * Promptly report any process deviations or non-compliance with established standards. * Supervise and ensure efficient and responsible use of consumables required in operations. * Manage workload balancing across production lines to optimize resources. * Guarantee assignment of work to all available machines, maximizing their productivity. * Minimize personnel unproductive time through appropriate activity planning and distribution. * Coordinate and lead work teams to achieve established production goals. * Ensure accurate and timely recording of operations in the ERP system, in accordance with established guidelines.
