At Fundación Rafael Dondé, we are looking for a new member for our recruitment team in the Peninsula. **Position Responsibilities** * Carry out the complete process of Attraction, Selection, and Hiring, in accordance with company policies. * Design attraction strategies based on diagnostics corresponding to recruitment areas and business needs. * Manage social media as a recruitment source (FB, LinkedIn). * Monitor and optimize recruitment sources and candidate management. * Proactively identify talent needs through analysis and constant communication with operational departments. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. (Recent graduates with recruitment experience are welcome.) * Knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience managing recruitment sources and social media. * Availability to work in the field and travel.
