We are seeking a Support Engineer for our NOC located in Toluca, who meets the following profile: Completed or incomplete engineering degree. At least one year of experience in LAN/WAN networks. **The NOC operates 24/7; therefore, full-time availability from Monday to Sunday is mandatory, with rest days scheduled during weekdays or weekends according to operational needs, working 100% on-site.** This position involves working at our offices, providing user support, diagnosing, and tracking satellite internet service failures.
