This role is ideal for curious, organized individuals with a passion for numbers who enjoy analyzing information and building clear, actionable visual reports. **Profile Requirements** * Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Level: Recent graduate. * Employment Type: Full-time (direct training with the Head of Advertising Operations). * Location: Mexico City, with possibility of partial remote work. **Responsibilities** * Analyze advertising campaign data and generate performance reports. * Use **Excel** to consolidate, filter, and visualize information. * Prepare results presentations with a commercial and visual focus (preferably using Canva). * Identify trends, learnings, and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with the Advertising Operations team to ensure proper campaign tracking. **Required Skills** * **Advanced Excel**: formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and visualization. * **Data Interpretation**: ability to identify patterns, trends, and generate insights. * **Structured Thinking**: clarity in logically organizing information. * **Written Communication**: clarity in drafting reports and presenting findings. * **Responsibility and Attention to Detail**: accuracy in data and formatting. **Desirable Skills** * Basic knowledge of **Canva** or similar design tools. * Interest in **digital media**, advertising campaigns, and audiovisual content. * Experience or willingness to learn automation tools (advanced Excel, basic scripting, dashboards, etc.). * Ability and interest in learning to use **new technologies**, such as APIs, SSP/AdServer advertising platforms, and AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and structure reports.
