At LA CONCHA BEACH HOTEL AND CLUB, we are seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST**. **Requirements** * **Reside in La Paz, BCS** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist**. * Knowledge of personnel administration and HR processes. * Experience in recruitment and selection of personnel. * High level of organization, follow-up, and results orientation. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Nomipaq software proficiency is desirable. **Main responsibilities:** * Responding to internal personnel requests (pay slips, uniforms, etc.). * Managing and monitoring vacancy coverage. * Personnel administration: hiring, termination, contracts, and transfers. * Tracking and validating attendance incidents, leave requests, and vacation days. * Supporting onboarding and induction processes. * Assisting with payroll incident entries. * Organizing team-building events, among others. **We offer:** * Salary: $15,000 monthly gross. * Biweekly grocery voucher. * Transportation service. * Employee cafeteria. * Special discounts.
