




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff, responsible for file management and candidate support. Key Highlights: 1. Support to payroll and corporate HR in locating documents **Position Objective** * Recruitment and selection of operational / administrative staff. * Timely and proper preparation of personnel files * Uniform distribution **Job Functions or Activities** * Receive external job applicants by providing employment application forms and conducting initial information review through preliminary interviews. * Compile personnel files for new hires, gathering required documentation and updating personal data generated from daily operations. * Manage the hiring process for new employees by monitoring and requesting necessary documentation for contract signing and personnel file preparation. * Support payroll and corporate HR departments in locating and centralizing documents requested by government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. **Requirements** * Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field * Area of Specialization: Recruitment and Selection * Work Experience: 6 months in a similar position **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund: 9% * Savings box * Grocery vouchers: 10% * Life insurance: 70 months of salary * Year-end bonus: 30 days **Work Location:** Tablaje Catastral \#4211\-B, Umán, 97390 Umán, Yuc.
