A leading company in the education sector is seeking an **EXPANSION MANAGER**, responsible for implementing strategic and operational planning for opening new branches across the country. ***Strategic project for expansion, development, and opening of new educational units.*** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *** Identify strategic zones for opening new schools (market analysis, demographics, and competition). *** Manage the search for and negotiation of commercial premises. *** Identify market opportunities. *** Evaluate the viability of new locations (foot traffic, accessibility, surroundings, security, and educational demand). *** Knowledge of and adherence to educational and regulatory guidelines, ensuring facilities meet operational standards and educational experience requirements. *** Prospect and negotiate with suppliers while controlling budgets and optimizing costs. *** Manage procurement of school and administrative furniture, as well as all necessary equipment (teaching resources, technological tools, and general supplies) required for new branch operations. *** Ensure full compliance with permits, licenses, and regulatory procedures, adhering to current educational regulations. *** Monitor and evaluate the initial performance of each new branch launch, ensuring operational stability and achievement of objectives. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management, or Educational Administration. 3 years of experience in developing business units. Basic knowledge of educational sector regulations. Experience in project management and supplier relations. Willingness to travel.
