




Community Manager : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or proven 3-year experience in a similar position. Social media management: Administering Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. Generation, administration, and maintenance of affinity communities (DATA). Content creation. Designing/publishing content (visual/written) aligned with objectives and brand identity. Interaction with the community and potential customers. Responding to comments and questions; initiating conversations to build relationships and loyalty. Monitoring and managing online reputation. Monitoring brand communication, maintaining/growing reputation, and crisis management. Analysis and metrics. Using and leveraging data (analysis: impact/performance) for data-driven decision-making. Required skills. Knowledge of communities and preferred consumer market in the real estate sector. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, management tools, and analytics tools. Writing, spelling, and grammar (excellent). Understanding and handling data sources for exploitation and analysis (reports/graphs).
