The professional will be responsible for planning, producing on-site, and publishing strategic content aligned with the agency’s marketing and advertising objectives. **Key Functions and Contributions** * **Strategy and Content Creation:** Develop original content calendars and strategic copy. Execute **on-site audiovisual content production** (photography and video at client facilities), applying technical criteria for lighting and audio. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensure all publications meet standards of **Excellence** in spelling, grammar, tone of voice, and visual quality, adhering strictly to each brand’s identity guidelines. * **Active Collaboration:** Participate in strategy meetings and work with **Fraternity**, under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, coordinating complex requests with Art and Audiovisual teams well in advance. * **Community Management:** Proactive and empathetic moderation, fostering interaction and responding promptly to audience inquiries. * **Operational Compliance:** Timely delivery of content calendars according to work schedules and flawless campaign administration across digital platforms. **Professional Profile Requirements (What We’re Looking For)** * **Attitude and Professional Maturity:** Candidates aged **27 to 35 years**, with a serious approach to work and demonstrable passion for digital communication as a discipline. * **Experience and Background:** Minimum **3 years of verifiable experience**. Prior experience in **Radio and/or TV** is highly valued, reflecting the agility, diction, and accountability inherent to traditional media. * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. * **Mobility:** Ownership of a **personal vehicle** is essential for account management and client visits (fieldwork). * **Technical Competencies:** Proficiency in Meta Business Suite. Intermediate knowledge of **photography, lighting, and audio** for on-site production.
