




* Coordinates activities and assigns workloads and schedules to team members. * Requests internal consumables for production (raw materials requested via a purchase requisition form or purchase suggestions). * Transfers raw materials from the store. * Sends emails to replenishment teams for dry goods such as flour, tortilla chips, cocoa powder, and fresh products such as syrups for water and water (purchase suggestions). * Verifies that cold bars (5°C) and hot bars (60–65°C) are ready. * Uses the layout to carry out daily production (product placement, merchandise organization). * Relies on the logbook to perform weekly cleaning of the work area. * When daily tasks are completed, production for the following day begins (supported by production forms). * Cleaning is performed daily according to SALYS standards. * Supervises food production to ensure compliance with technical specifications or step-by-step instructions. * Manages internal inventory control in the warehouse and work area. * Controls, records, and reports waste. * Applies the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for product rotation. * Customer service.
