Responsibilities: * Supervise activities of various managers and supervisors under your authority, ensuring compliance with established procedures in each area. * Ensure branch operational processes are conducted in accordance with current regulations and quality standards. * Coordinate with human resources and material resources as needed for each operation, ensuring availability and proper functionality. * Ensure compliance with security regulations across all operations, minimizing risks and responding effectively to emergencies. * Supervise proper management of branch finances, including income and expenditure controls, and adherence to administrative policies. * Monitor and continuously improve internal branch processes to maximize efficiency and reduce errors. * Address, manage, and resolve any customer incidents or requests, ensuring high-quality service.
