




State Service Coordinator (Chihuahua) **Position Objective** Lead and supervise service department operations across all agencies in the state, ensuring area profitability, technical staff efficiency, and maximum customer satisfaction through uniform quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Regional KPI Management:** Monitor and report monthly on efficiency, productivity, service absorption, and customer satisfaction levels for each branch. * **Resource Optimization:** Coordinate movement of technicians or specialized tools among agencies according to seasonal demand (planting/harvest). * **Factory Liaison:** Serve as primary contact with brand service representatives for complex warranty matters and advanced technical support. * **Key Customer Support:** Intervene in negotiations or resolution of customer and/or service conflicts. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in after-sales service management, preferably in agricultural machinery, construction, or heavy transport equipment. * **Territory Knowledge:** Familiarity with Chihuahua’s agricultural zones and willingness to travel frequently between branches. **We Offer:** * Base salary + bonus scheme tied to regional goals. * Life insurance * Statutory benefits * Company vehicle and travel allowances.
