Job Summary: We are seeking a New Patient Appointment Coordinator to assist with processing referrals, collecting documentation, and scheduling appointments while maintaining professional communication and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in medical administration or appointment scheduling. 2. Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks. 3. Bilingual in English/Spanish; experience with EMR (preferably EPIC). **Contract Type:** Contractor **Work Mode:** On-site in Mérida and Chihuahua, Mexico **Schedule:** Monday\-Friday, 8:00 AM\-5:00 PM PST **Responsibilities:** * Assist with processing new patient referrals. * Collect and follow up on all required documentation to ensure complete and timely admission. * Upload, scan, and accurately organize documents into the patient’s electronic record. * Review referral information to ensure completeness prior to scheduling. * Contact patients to coordinate new patient appointments. * Confirm appointments are correctly scheduled according to provider, location, and referral details. * Notify legal teams and referral partners of appointment dates, times, and locations. * Maintain accurate tracking of referrals, scheduling status, and outstanding items. * Clearly document actions and communications within the EMR. * Communicate professionally with patients, law offices, and referral sources. * Provide administrative support to the TPL New Patient Coordinator as needed. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in medical administration or appointment scheduling. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume follow-ups and multiple tasks. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. * Ability to work independently in a virtual environment. * Experience with **EMR**, preferably **EPIC**. * **Bilingual in English/Spanish** (required). * Experience in personal injury is a plus. \#Reclutamiento25 Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $23,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
