Opportunity for professional growth and development **Job Objective** Coordinate and implement human development, training, and internal communication programs, ensuring talent growth, strengthening of organizational culture, and clear, effective communication between the company and its employees. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate internal events and meetings, including operational functions and follow-up, as well as meeting logistics. * Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and workshops. * Develop training and internal communication materials. * Manage internal communication, dissemination of policies and processes. * Design and deploy human development and training programs. * Identify training needs by position. * Measure training outcomes and workplace climate. * Prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Organizational Communication, or related field. * Preferred: Experience in educational institutions, gyms, or swimming pools. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in human development, training, or HR. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to facilitate group sessions and deliver training. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and results-oriented skills. * Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office suite. **We Offer** Competitive salary.
