Leads calls with senior executives in the U.S. We are looking for a high-level bilingual **Account Manager** to lead relationships with our key clients in the U.S. Your mission will be to ensure account loyalty and satisfaction through expert management of **Payroll and HR** solutions. * Monday to Friday. * 09:00 – 18:00 EST. * Work mode: 100% on-site. **Your Challenge:** You will serve as the right hand of our strategic clients, ensuring their loyalty while managing high-level Payroll and HR solutions. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage and retain key long-term accounts. * Resolve complex issues promptly and professionally. * Identify business opportunities (upselling) and present executive proposals. * Coordinate projects using tools such as **Asana and Zendesk**. * Lead calls with senior executives in the U.S. **What Do You Need to Succeed?** * **English C1/C2 MANDATORY:** Full fluency * **Experience:** 3–5 years in Account Management or Project Management. * **Expertise:** Handling difficult clients and conflict resolution. * **Plus:** Prior experience in **Payroll** or HR services. * **Education:** Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. #Marketing25 Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
